All products sold by Hightide Research are reference materials supplied strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human and non-veterinary use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not for human or animal consumption, or for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purpose.
You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution. By purchasing, you represent that you understand and will comply with all laws, regulations, and safety requirements applicable to the handling of research chemicals. Sales are available to customers within the United States only; orders using freight-forwarding or reshipping services may be refused.
We take care to describe products accurately, including purity and certificate-of-analysis data. Specifications may vary slightly by lot; the certificate of analysis corresponds to the lot you receive. We make no representations regarding the suitability of any product for a particular purpose.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or delay any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms. Orders are considered final once payment is processed.
Orders are dispatched from within the United States, typically within 1–2 business days, with tracking. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final and products are non-returnable. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hightide Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. You assume all responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, storage, and use of the materials.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of any product complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Reselling, redistributing, or supplying products for any prohibited use is strictly forbidden.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hightide Research is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
